Important sights include
The ruins of the Lombard Castle together with the Ducal Palace , recently remodelled.
The Church of “Santa Maria Maggiore”, dating back to the 11th Century and rebuilt in 1976, houses precious works of art such as the polypthyc by Cristoforo Faffeo, the wedding casket made of precious wood and bone dating to 15th Century, the high altar of Baroque style, the finely inlaid wooden Choir by Gerolamo Consulmagno dating to 16th Century.
The Monastery of Saint Anthony (Monastero di S. Antonio) with its magnificent frescoed porch dates back to the 16th Century and it is situated at the foot of the village . The annexed Church of Saint Anthony has a fine wooden portal with bas-reliefs by Gerolamo Consulmagno.
